Morphological Variations Influenced the Sensor Applications

Mn doped ZnO films were prepared by SILAR technique. These films were heat treated at air atmosphere. After this treatment films were analyzed by various studies like scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fabricated by ethanol gas sensor. From the SEM analysis, these various morphologies were influenced effect of the sensor performance. The response saturation region is more for needle morphology of Mn doped ZnO thin films. This type of morphology can be used on Ethanol sensor applications.
