Titania (TiO2) nanoparticles (NPs) were prepared by wet chemical method by using 2-propanol, titanium isopropoxide as precursors and graphene were prepared from graphite by electro deposition method. The composision of two precusors and make a nanocomposite of TiO2/graphene using wet chemical method. The crystalline structures of prepared TiO2 /graphene NPs were revealed using X-ray diffraction (XRD). The stretching and bending nature of synthesised NPs were explored using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Dynamic Light Scattering Analysis (DLS) studies were confirmed that the prepared NPs were spherical in shape with an average particle size range from 20-85 nm.
