Application of nanoparticles for mass spectrometry open new venues for many fields such as medicine, biotechnology, proteomics, analytical chemistry, …etc. It offered many advantages such as high sensitivity, selectivity, no ion suppression, high ionizability, multifunctionality, stable under vacuum, and offer high adsorption capability. The unique properties of nanoparticles is promising for leading the future.
