Natural coconut oil is fruit extracted with big potential of nutraceutical and cosmeceutical applications. Virgin coconut oil directly extracted from fresh coconut. After cold press preparation of virgin coconut oil, centrifugation and chemical method was used for prepare two phase of emulsion and homogenized to prepare nanoemulsion of virgin coconut oil in solid lipid nanoparticle with very well dispersion charaterstics.
Average particle size diameter were measured using Zetasizer Nano series, the optimum nanometer scale of the formula were obtained by using different descending serial dilution of nanoemulsion of virgin coconut oil in solid lipid nanoparticles.
The optimum average particle size of virgin coconut oil solid lipid nanoparticles were 290nm, which obtained at comparatively low polydisperty about 0.3pdi.
The average particle size inside the nanoemulsion was obtained at fixed period of time repeatedly. The way of preparation is considered simple and less time consumed.
