what after M.Tech in Nano science and Nanotechnology..??

hello all i am about to finish my M.Tech in nanoscience and nanotechnology from Panjab University Chandigarh. i have keen interest in research. so please suggest me if there any vacancies for me? prior to M.Tech, i have done M.Sc in Physics from Banasthali University Rajasthan.
