I’m a research scholar working to understand better what parameters will affect the electrical and structural properties of a Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (MOS) structure and tune a perfect device for the applications of Non-Volatile memories. Embedding metal or semiconductor nanoparticles in the Hafnium oxide matrix and tuning their properties using Swift Heavy Ion (SHI) irradiation is my major work.
