I would like to announce the opening of two Experienced Researcher positions (Marie Curie ERs) in material characterization by TEM
There are two available positions, one for 5 months and one for 12 months, both starting on February 1st, 2014, in the Electron Microscopy Laboratory of Department of Physics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. The positions are Marie Curie fellowships funded by the European Union in the framework of the FP7 ITN project "NetFISiC" (www.netfisic.eu).
There is a strict timeframe requirement for the positions: According to Marie Curie rules, the fellows must have either:
a PhD AND less than 5 years of research experience since obtaining the MSc or equivalent diploma giving access to doctoral studies
OR
a MSc or equivalent diploma AND between 4 and 5 years of research experience since obtaining it (e.g. PhD student)
The fellows should also have extended TEM experience.
The positions are very well paid, with a gross monthly salary of 4.465 €, plus a generous package of travel and career exploratory allowances, according to Marie Curie rules.
