Job description You will be a member of the Litho Process Development team, part of the Advanced Patterning department, responsible for overall material screening and developing the lithography processes requested by the process integration departments running imec’s CORE programs, Joint Development Projects, internal litho projects. After receiving an on-the-job training you will be responsible for analyzing and discussing the litho process requests with your customers. Based on this you will design and execute the experimental plan in the cleanroom, and analyze and interpret the experimental results. You are expected to deliver high quality litho processes, including process window characterization, screening of alternative process options, metrology optimization to assure process reproducibility. Finally you will document and transfer the litho processes to the imec pilot production line and provide representative training to the process support engineers. The process development progress will need to be reported internally at Advanced Patterning Department meetings and in meetings with the customers (internal and external).
