Design & Fabrication of PDMS Biosensor lab for Protein and DNA array detection of Cancer to make gene -on- Chip platform.

I am looking for PDMS BIOSENSOR LAB, which will perform fabrication of Interdisciplinary work like NanoBiotechnology, Biodetection system, Micro-array platform for input of multiple Biosamples, Gene bioconversion from alaphabetic code into readable logic.Can any one suggest me a lab design protocol.
