reg Ph.D in germany

Hi this is RAAM DHEEP from india i will be completing my masters in NANOSCIENCE and Technology by the month of june. i like to pursue my Ph.D in Germany r Swiss r sweden in material science particularly in semiconductor, ferroelectric and Oxide materials so please help me in this regard.
