Post-doc, PhD and student positions in modeling of semiconductor nanostructures (Wroclaw, Poland)

A number of positions are open in a research project "Semiconductor nanostructures for renewable energy, information processing and communication technologies", related to theoretical modeling of semiconductor nanostructures and nano-devices. The project is funded form EU funds via the Foundation for Polish Science (www.fnp.org.pl) in the framework of their TEAM programme. The positions (actually scholarships/fellowships) are available for graduate students (with a BSc degree or minimum 3 years of academic education completed), PhD students and a post-doc.

The project is carried out at the Institute of Physics, Wroclaw University of Technology, Wroclaw, Poland.
