A PhD research fellowship is offered within the project "Low Cost, Ultra-High Efficiency Graphene/Nanowire Solar Cells". The task of the announced PhD is to characterize the electronic properties, structure and composition of the nanowire-devices by focused ion beam (FIB) and advance transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
