    There are so many softwares regarding nano-tech. such as:

    Materials Studio: this is very useful software for solid state modeling

    TFCalc: /// for optical modeling eg Transm. vs wavelength

    Apdw: // for calculating crystallite size

    W3XM: // for AFM software

    ....

    check it.
