  • Dear Sir/Madam,
    Greetings!
I would like to introduce myself as an employee of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (A unit of Department of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India), Mumbai, India. I have completed my Ph.D. (Chemistry) in 2008, under supervision of Dr. V. K. Jain. The title of my thesis is titled “Design, synthesis and characterization of molecular precursors for II-VI materials”. I have acquired adequate experience and expertise in designing, synthesizing and characterizing single source molecular precursors for metal chalcogenide nanoparticles (I-VI, II-VI, III-VI, IV-VI, V-VI) and thin films. Since I am also involved in characterization of materials, I am well versed with different characterization techniques (UV-vis, photoluminescence, IR, powder XRD, EDX, SEM, TEM, AFM, etc.) for nanomaterials and thin films.
At present I aspire to obtain Postdoctoral experience, to gain more practical scientific knowledge and acquire more technical skill, in the field of nanoscience and technology and its applications. Hence I am here with my resume (as attachment) for your perusal, to find an opportunity to work as Post-Doctoral Fellow in your reputed group.
Further, I assure you of my whole-hearted dedication and hard work for gaining additional experimental skills necessary for the success of the project, if given an opportunity.
I shall be glad to forward any other information that you may desire.
    Thanking you,
    Sincerely,
    Kedarnath
  • Sir, I am a Senior Research Scholar in the Department of Physics and Astrophysics, University of Delhi, India. Presently I am working in the field of ferroelectric ceramic synthesis and crystal growth. Furthermore, their characterization using various techniques like SCXRD, PXRD, HRXRD, HRTEM, SEM, Raman, FTIR, UV-Vis, Impedence analyzer etc.

I have submitted my thesis titled "Structural, Piezoelectric, Dielectric, Optical and Electrical Characterization of Flux Grown Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)0.91Ti0.09O3 Single Crystal"on 12th of May, 2010. I am expecting to get my degree by the end of august, 2010.

I am interested in post doc position in material science/nanotechnology, If you need additional materials or information, I will be happy to supply it as earliest as possible.

I look forward to learning more about any interesting interdisciplinary opportunity. I believe that my perseverance and enthusiasm could help me success in any group.

Thank you very much for your consideration and looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Thanking you and with regards,

    Sincerely,

    Budhendra Kumar Singh
