The present research area focuses on the preparation of semiconducting nanoparticles CdSe along with nanocomposites of CdSe/ZnS, CdSe/ZnSe and CdSe/CdTe by low temperature solution route, different capping agents were used to optimize the experimental conditions suitable for mass production. Further these materials can be used for application and solar cell application
