The main target of the project is to apply optical spectroscopy to study organic semiconductor thin films, especially in the direction of organic solar cell application. Fluorescence spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and scanning near-field optical spectroscopy will be used as the main research techniques. The research topics are 1) Probing individual chemical components in a semiconductor blends. 2) Investigating the influences of thermal- or chemical- treatments on the blend film morphology and photophysical properties. 3) Electric characterization of the solar cell efficiency. 4) Hand-on training of testing solar cell modules at industrial partners.
We are looking for candidate who has the following experience:
1)      University study in Chemistry, or Physics, or Engineer.
2)      Basic knowledge about optical spectroscopy
3)      Highly motivated
The position will start from 1st Feb. 2013 and will last for three years.
