Applications are invited for one Junior Research Fellows in a Department of Science and Technology (DST) sponsored project to work on ‘Electronic properties of low dimensional systems” experiment/theory. The position is for three years and likely to be extended for five years. The candidate should have M.Sc. in Physics or M.Tech. in Materials Science/Nanotechnology and should have qualified NET/GATE with consistently good academic record. Upper age limit is 28 years with 5 years relaxation for Female/SC/ST/Physically Challenged candidates. Candidates selected for this project may register for Ph.D. if found suitable as per IIT (BHU) rules.
