Hi All,

I was using platinum nanoparticles for the detection of bacterial DNA by MALDI, Platinum looks promising, but i am looking for the data base where i can compare my peaks, i think i am getting some single stranded DNA peaks and few homo dimers, But i want to make sure. Can any one help me regarding the molecular weight of bacterial DNA (e.g. Bacillius, Serratia, E.coli etc). I will be highly endebted.
