Dear Colleagues,

Please be informed that based on the group of Editors’ initiative, the IGI Global Publisher (www.igi-global.com) approved the elaboration of the new book titled "Encyclopedia of Water Science and Society", which aims to serve a comprehensive knowledge base on the latest fundamental and applied research, scientific innovations, relationships between society and the water resources, safe and sustainable use of water, watershed stewardship, industrial application and public health awareness. You are invited to submit the chapter proposal (200-250 words) to the forthcoming book: “Encyclopedia of Water Science and Society” in order to reflect any relevant work you deem worthy, using IGI Global chapter submission portal at https://www.igi-global.com/publish/call-for-papers/submit/4883 . The chapter proposal should clearly explain the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter.

Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before May 15, 2021, a chapter proposal of 250 - 500 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors will be notified by May 30, 2021 about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines. All interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript submissions at https://www.igi-global.com/publish/contributor-resources/before-you-write/ prior to submission. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.

Note: There are no submission or acceptance fees for manuscripts submitted to this book publication, Encyclopedia of Water Sciences and Society. All manuscripts are accepted based on a double-blind peer review editorial process.
