The goals of the NDnano Associate Director (AD) will be to grow and strengthen nanotechnology-related research, and outreach at Notre Dame. The AD will ensure the success of NDnano by directing, managing, and organizing the full range of activities that take place within the Center. In collaboration with the Faculty Director and Faculty Associate Director, the AD will establish a strategic plan for the Center; work with other faculty to compete for large multi-investigator research grants; establish and foster connections with Government and business entities within the State of Indiana and elsewhere; work with private foundations, investors, and donors; develop a nanotechnologyy profile for Notre Dame on a national level; serve as a University-wide resource for nanotechnology-related research; and foster high quality, high impact, scholarly contributions in the nanotechnology arena.

Minimum Qualifications
Ph.D. in electrical engineering, or other nanotechnology-related field
