fn1_1e_alg_and_eq_cr.pptOne of the tools I use in the computer lab is a molecular CAD program called Argus Lab:http://www.arguslab.com/Typical output can be seen below:

You can also export to POVRay http://www.povray.org/ format if you want to create high resolution images.

I also like to go over some basic algebra and plug and play equations just to make sure. See the PPT file for more info.

I forgot to mention the best thing about Argus Lab is that it's free.
