What about having continue education courses (CE) and seminars (webinars)? This may be arranged in coordination with universities and/ or private organizations. The members participating in this kind of services may be able to obtain a certificate of participation or even university credits.

Yes .VEDPRIYA ARYA idea is very good.I also work on membrane for reducing of Ecoli bacteria by coating nanosilver ,pvd method.If everyone has a good idea about that I will be glad to know that.

Hi.Thank you for your suggestion.I think it is better this site will be more activated than now.For example I saw that when I asked a question about nanosilver, nobody answered me.I feel everybody only introduces him or herself but no idea about the method of nano is being told.For example I coated 30 nanosilver by PVD method on the sea wather membrane,at first the colour of paper changed,gray,but after 2 hours the colour of paper changed,the original paper colour.I dont know what happened?!!If the nanosilver peneterate in paper or silver is oxyied?!! I will be glad if you answer me.
