Dear Fellow Creative Genius,

It is good to make your acquaintance, and it is good to see your diverse interests and areas of personal study. And if I might, I'd like to engage your mind for a moment and could use some help on one of my 2500 new futuristic concepts. This one is needed now due to issues with glacier ice receding and water challenges, not to mention rising waters on some places on the planet, like Bangladesh or those areas built below sea level, which cannot withstand too much more rise in their regions.

So, here is my question to ONLY the most brilliant minds on this planet, and I would not be interested in hearing from anyone who is boxed into a certain scientific niche which disallows magical, innovative, imaginative, and genius level thought. So, here is the topic:

Any thoughts on using frequency schemes to change the molecular structure of water, along with carbon nano-tube materials to build fences, dams, gates to assist in creating vertical water features or building an Atlantis type city-state concept? Also using frequency-molecular manipulation to build scaffolding, or rebar type construction in glacier ice to hold it together using crisscross firing systems, almost like cross-fire desalination techniques? In that we could create very hard and strong 3D grids within the ice, made of ice itself to hold it together? Applications might be:

1. Preventing Glacier Ice Breaks
2. Towing a giant piece of ice to a harbor for fresh water
3. Strengthening an Ice Hotel at the Pole
4. Off Planet Colony using an ice igloo strategy
5. Stop flooding
6. Create stronger dams or protect the dams which are at crisis load
7. Increase density to increase power component of ocean wave generation
8. Building a shield against submarine attack
9. Corralling fish farms without impacting environment

There are no doubt, many more applications of course, in fact, after I came up with this concept in the late 1990s, I had considered 100s. And so, I ask the world and its creative geniuses to please think on this and bring it forthwith, for the human race needs it now. You see, I know this is all possible, because we also know that snowflakes adapt by temperature and frequency, and that water has many properties that can be scientifically observed under various extreme circumstances. So, can we create that extreme circumstance and have all the benefits.
