Hi all,
I am looking for a postdoc position in Europe/Japan. I recently graduated from the Physics Department, National Institute of Technology Karnataka, India, where I finished my Ph. D. thesis work on experimental condensed matter Physics.
As of now, I am working on the properties and applications of III-Nitride thin films grown using Molecular Beam Epitaxy. The main objective of my present project is to get complete water splitting using semiconductors as photocatalysts and also on non-catalytic growth of InGaN nanostructures. In addition to this I am taking part in other projects such as, studies on cathodoluminescence and photoluminescence properties of GaN thin films with nanowall morphologies. I am also involved in the high resolution X-ray diffraction studies on epitaxial films such as III-Nitrides and ZnO.
My Ph. D. thesis work is based on growth and properties of ZnO thin films, it focused on the electrical and nonlinear optical properties of undoped ZnO and doped (Mn, Al,) thin films grown using magnetron sputtering.
Kindly let me know if you come across a position.
Yours Sincerely,
Nagaraja K. K.
