Histogram for SEM image

I had doubt is there any software available for plotting histogram for SEM image.

Manually how to do

I don't know if there is any software for that, but what you can do is ''you can measure particle size in each image by imagej software and before doing that confine the scale as in SEM images and you will be able to save the data in txt file.. which can opened by origin software and this software will help you to get histogram, mean, SD, SE... if still hv problem let me know...
