dear prof/reseracher, Its prashant kumar, submitting my ph.d thesis on non-lithographic techniques of surface nanostructuring in december 2008 at university of hyderabad. I have experience of thin film coating, synthesis of nanowires, nanodots and characterization by AFM, SEM, VSM, PL spectra, MR measurements, surface plasmons etc and I seek post-doctoral post and for that I require your help, plz. convey to me if you find anything interesting. or else plz. advise how to get into the groove.I can work towards materials science, engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical applications of nanoparticles, memory application of nanodots etc or any industrial applications of nanoparticles, nanodots or nanowires.
Hi, David ! Thank you for your letter. I am also working with NPs and QDs. If we could find some applications in medical use, that would be great ! I am interested in nano-Au, nano-Ag, nano-ZnO, nano-ZnS, nano Fe(core)/C(shell) - for hyperthermia treatment. All the best for you, Leszek
Unfortunately I am on medical leave. However I am doing much better than this time last year. Just one of those things. No I am not currently working directly with CNTs. Have experience with QDs and some NPs for medical use. However I do try to remain current with CNTs since they seem so versatile. Also in loose collaboration with researcher studying their toxicity, expulsion from urinary tract and liver accumulation. As they say, "Every cure has a little poison in it." I will visit your page. Thanks.
Doc would you be interested in answering questions for an e-friend of mine? She is very sharp and engaged in CNT research activities. Currently she is working on her thesis. Thanks.
Thank you Dr. Stobinski. Your particular scientific area of study has caused much excitement to be sure. I wish to thank you so much for the extension of cooperation on problem-solving.
Best of work and results to you.
David
