• Bulk Synthesis of different micron and nano size metal (Ag, Au, Pt, Pd, Se, Cu, Ni) particles for various industrial applications like printing, catalysis, display, solar cell, PEM Fuel cell including various electronic applications. • Bulk Synthesis of different micron sized Silver particles (0.5 micron to 5 micron) with high tapped density (>5 g/cm3), low sintered temperature and high fired density materials for various applications in electronics including solar cell. • Deagglomeration of synthesized and commercially available powder and flakes to improve the dispersion, packing parameters and other surface properties using basket-ball-milling for various Industrial purposes. • Synthesis of highly concentrated water based (>60% w/v) uniform spherical silver nanodispersion (with and without dispersing agent) for inkjet printing. • Involved in Industrial projects on design and preparation of materials for fuel-cell and photovoltaic applications (size control of noble metal particles, and preparation of complex-structured catalysts for automotive applications). • Synthesized various morphology of selenium and Se coated Ag particles for solar cell applications. • Nanoparticle based sensors for the detection of pesticides (organophosphate) in food commodities. • Developed nanoparticulate assemblies as recyclable catalyst for various organic synthesis applications. • Developed novel nanocomposites adsorbates for removal of toxic chemicals like arsenic, Chromium, lead etc. for industrial effluent treatment. • Have experience in developing metallic (Au, Ag, Pt, Ir, Pd, etc.) and non-metallic (PbS, Calcium Phosphate,TiO2, zinc oxide Ag2S, Ag2O etc.) particles, as well as metal oxides and other related materials of various sizes and shapes for practical applications. Also perform experimental design and analytical characterization of the materials
