Greetings from The National Institute of Engineering (NIE), Mysuru, India. We would like to inform you with immense pleasure that NIE, Mysuru, India, is organizing ‘International Symposium on Advanced Materials for Engineering Applications (ISAMEA-2017)' on March 24-25, 2017 at NIE Mysuru, India. For further information, please see the attached symposium brochure.
I request you to kindly submit your latest research work in an extended abstract form. Further, eminent researchers from overseas and India are coming to participate in the symposium and some of them have already confirmed their participation in ISAMEA-2017. All the talks will be presented by our invited speakers and will cover all the aspect of advanced materials for engineering applications viz.
• Composite Materials and applications
• Materials manufacturing and processing
• Energy Materials
• Bio-materials: processing and applications
• Surface Engineering
• Computational materials science
• Construction Materials
• Advanced ceramics & Functional Materials
• Nano-Materials and Nanotechnology
The preparations for the above symposium are in full swing and all the extended abstracts will appear in the proceedings.
I request you to circulate this brochure among your colleagues, peers and friends and enable them to present their research work in the form of poster.
Your gracious presence in this symposium is solicited. On behalf of organizers, I request you to kindly submit your research work in the form of extended abstract (maximum 2 pages) for the poster presentation.
At the same time, I am delighted to inform you that all the selected abstract will be published in International Journal of Engineering Research in Mechanical and Civil Engineering (www.ijermce.com).
All the paper presentations by students/faculties (except of invited speakers) will be in the form of Poster presentation, the posters will be displayed for both days and during lunch time/any free time between the two sessions, the guests will visit your poster. Therefore, it is required that at least after lunch for both days you must be present at the poster site. Please follow the below instructions for poster presentations. We are also pleased that organizing committee has decided to give the best 3 poster prizes too.
- Poster presentations allow presentation of original research in a form that delegates can interact with during the length of the symposium.
- There will be a board number allocated to you and posters will be displayed in that board only. Adhesives will be provided.
- Posters are to be portrait and A0 in size. A0 paper size is 841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 in.
- Prizes will be awarded for the best poster in all the categories.
- No A4 size of papers will be allowed for poster presentations.
