Bruker S4 EXPLORER WDXRF

S4 EXPLORER is a Wavelength dispersive x-ray fluorescence spectrometer (WDXRF). This technique allows to measure chemical composition in wide range of elements: from Na to U. Lowest limit detection (LLD) depends mainly on atomic weight of studied element and the matrix. In case of heavy elements, the LLD is as low as 1 ppm. Examination of liquid, powders and bulk samples is possible.
