Abstract: Method & Unit for manufacturing of microbial damage resistance composite materials. Seeds have effective materials are added to eliminate microbes and prevent their reproduction. Manufacturing is done in special unit working from five basic stages. Initial stage is drying phase by heat, sand and salts that work On the adsorption of moisture, then the milling stage of the appropriate size, second drying phase by hot air and laser, addition and fabrication of the active substance to the composite material mixture, finally polishing process to remove drosses that prevent active substance from microbial killing action.
