Ru-substitution effect on the FeSe2 properties

The main goal of the present work is the improvement of the FeSe2 layers properties (structural, optical, and electrical) to be used as low cost thin films for several applications, especially the photovoltaic ones, using the alloying technique.
I am interested in the spray pyrolysis technique for their fabrication, given its easy use and the low cost and non toxic used precursors.
