Band gap opening in CVD graphene by in-situ BN doping

We have successfully opened up band gap in CVD graphene by in-situ BN doping. A band gap of around 0.6 eV is opened and depends on the BN content in graphene.http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/nn3049158

Its great to hear that chemistry has done it again.
