Yellow Pepper and the Nanopaprika - message from Professor Steffen B. Petersen



As a member of the TINC community I found it appropiate to upload a couple of nice looking images of the pepper fruit (from which paprika is propduced). The images have been produced with laser scanning confocal microscopy, and we believe that the rseolution is about 500 nm. No chromophores were added in order to
achieve this multi-colored image. The images are also posted on my page on Nanopaprika.

I understand that paprika is a matter of national pride in Hungary. We were delighted about the image quality of the yellow pepper peel.
