During the era when Western movies were popular, Malborough ads established role models to encourage young adults to become addicted to smoking. The nano-rap song might echo this phenomena. We can consider that if we don't go down the nano-road we will be subject to Fuller's 'Oblivion'. Within the Platonic Science for Ethical Ends a clear warning was given about the danger of unformed matter within the physical atom emerging to destroy civilisation. Immanuel Kant and Hans Christian Oersted derived the concept of an electromagnetic ethic being necessary for human evolutionary survival. I believe that unless we can focus upon sustainable ethical perceptions to guide quantum biological development, then we can only accelerate entropic chaos according the logic of 20th Century chemistry. Platonic Fullerne chemistry, as an ethical force, has excited the imagination of scientists and scholars throughout the academic world. Buckminster Fuller derived the synergistic world-view from the geometrical theories of Plato, Fuller's Utopia comes with a price. If we develop nanotechnology without ethical criteria will result in an acceleration' of the entropic chaos already engulfing civilisation while enjoying what Alan Goldstein depicts as a jolly going out party.

The Science-Art Research Centre of Australia is compiling a book about the  Social Cradle for the New Renaissance and we looking at this problem. We would welcome input trom nanoscientists.

Welcome - about us

Welcome! Nanopaprika was cooked up by Hungarian chemistry PhD student in 2007. The main idea was to create something more personal than the other nano networks already on the Internet. Community is open to everyone from post-doctorial researchers and professors to students everywhere.

There is only one important assumption: you have to be interested in nano!

Nanopaprika is always looking for new partners, if you have any idea, contact me at editor@nanopaprika.eu
