TEM sample preparation

Its one of the tactic procedure to get good TEM image if the sample is magnetic nanoparticle without surface functionalisation. Suggest me a solvent or way of sample preparation without any agglomerationon the TEM grid?

    1. MAKE DILUTE DISPERSION OF YOUR NANOPARTICLES IN ETHANOL

    2. SONICATE THE DISPERSION for 10 MIN

    3. TAKE 1 ML OF THE DISPERSION IN EPPENDROF  MICRO CENTRIFUGE TUBE AND YOUR TEM GRID

    4. CENTRIFUGE THE DISPERSION FOR 3 MIN

    5. CAREFULLY TAKE OUT THE GRID IN GLASS PETRIDISH AND KEEP IN VACCUUM DESICATOR OVERNIGHT.

    6. YOUR GRID IS READY FOR TEM ANALYSIS WITHOUT AGGLOMERATION.

    7. GOOD LUCK
