I would like to work on nanotechnology related fields like thin film photovoltaics, Nanoelectronics, material science, semiconductor physics, and chemical engineering, Synthesis of nano-materials, Nano-wire synthesis, Group 3rd and 4th materials, Nano-elecronics fabrications, Simulation of semiconductor materials, Nano-Photonics. My ambition is to do novel research work in order to get patented work in my research fields.
