Carbon Fullerene containment using established but mixxed methods including and not limited to Photolithagraphy. ( There is a method to this madness). If we can get a reading from the atomic surface by creating a gyroscope which gives out readable information we have struck up the first atomic conversation. That is step 1. ( I am unaware if any research group or agency has successfully passed this stage yet, I would like to know).
