I am writing a book entitled: NanoInnovation: What Every Manager Needs to Know - published in May 2010 by Wiley VCH. In September 2013 I left the Mack Institute at the Wharton School and will retire from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2014 - however, I may affiliate with another school or university at that time so I consider myself on sabbatical and not actually retired.

I am an innovation champion and technology pioneer with a keen interest in radical and disruptive technologies. I do some consulting and speaking at industry events, and have presented on a wide range of topics related to emerging technologies and applications, and their expected impact.
