1- Growth of Single Crystals (Semiconductor Materials) by Bridgman Technique, Czochralski Technique and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), .. etc. 2- Measurements of the electrical conductivity and Hall coefficient. 3- Measurements of the thermoelectrical power. 3- Study of Switching Phenomena. 4- Measurements of Photoconductivity. 5- Preparation of Semiconductor and Metallic Nanoparticles by Physical and Chemical methods. 6- Preparatrion of Nano-Crystalline Thin Films by Thermal Evaportion, E-beam Evaportion and Spin Coating System for Solar Cell Applications. 7- Study of Structural Propertries by X-ray Diffraction System and EDAX Analysis. 8- Microscopy Techniques including high-resolution TEM, SEM and Scanning Probe Microscopy Techniques such as, AFM and STM. 9- Optical Properties such as, UV-Visible Absorption and Fluorescence Spectroscopy. 10- Thermal Analysis Techniques such as, TGA/DTA and DSC. 11- Spectroscopic Techniques such as, FT-IR and Raman Spectroscopy. 12- Electron paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) Analysis.
