I am working on Micro and nano-fluidic MEMS (micro electrical mechanical system) devices as biosensors. I have large experience on fabrication of nanostructures by Focused ion beam lithography (FEI Helios Nano Lab, Dual Beam FIB/SEM and Electrochemical fabrication of metal oxide nanoporous materials Synthesis and its characterization byAFM, SEM and TEM.
