Dr. Haibo Zeng is a Group Leader of “Semiconductor nanomaterials and nanodevices” lab. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Condensed Matter Physics from Institute of Solid State Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2006. Afterwards he worked in CAS, Universität Karlsruhe (Germany) and National Institute for Materials Science (Japan). In 2011, he joined Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (China) as a Professor. He has published 70 peer-refereed papers in journals such as Nano Letter, ACS Nano, Angew. Chem., Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Small, APL, etc, with more than 1,000 citations. His current research interests include 1) inorganic analogues of graphene, 2) doped/alloyed nano-ZnO, 3) nanostructured solar cells, and 4) laser generation of nanoparticles in liquid.
