Study the structural, mechanical, optical and electron field emission property of diamond like carbon (DLC) deposited by PECVD, RF reactive sputtering technique. Synthesis and characterization of amorphous diamond like carbon, cadmium sulphide, and zinc oxide thin film from for potential application as low threshold electron emission material. Synthesis and optical, structural and electrical characterization of metal and non-metal (such as, silver, copper, silicon) doped diamond like carbon. Optical and structural properties of diamond like carbon thin film deposited on PET, ITO and glass substrate by chemical bath deposition technique.
