  I am under pressure now and "on the road", so first jsut briefly:

  for more informations on the open positions. I think your profile fits well with the laser-plasma group! And there are some open positions. But, I must tell you one thing- for a PhD in France life is much, much, much easier if you speak French... At least a litle bit.

  it is would be nice! The IPF is very interesting institute, and as I see from your background, I guess the best ways would be if you will connected with Prof. B.Voit. In her group you will find a lot of interesting works correlated with you knowledge. Good Luck!

  In such a case, you have to be on PhD course in one of Japanese university, see details here
