Research interests: Current Research Interest: *Synthesis of high quality of different types of semiconductor nanocrystals of different shapes and sizes via chemical routes. *Synthesis of Metallic nanoparticles with different sizes and shapes via chemical method *Synthesis of magnetic nanoparticles via chemical routes. *Synthesis of Hybrid nanocrystals (Core-shell, alloy, doped) via chemical routes. *Characterization techniques using TEM, X-ray diffraction, UV-Visible Absorption, Florescence measurements. *Applications of semiconductor nanoparticles in biomedical and imaging. Previous Research Interest: *Building and using of gamma ray spectroscopy setup for measuring the radioactivity of different isotopes. *Have good knowledge in using of different nuclear radiation detectors (such as; Gigger Müller counter, Scintillation detectors, and HPGe detector). *Have good knowledge to make an optimization of the Scintillation detector (such as; calibration curve, resolution, and efficiency). *The field of theoretical and experimental Radiation Physics.
