Semiconducting materials playing a major role in the day to day applications. In transport, communication etc...... Basic III-V nitride materials research is developing in a rapid speed. Among these GaN/InN/AlN materials gained lot of attention due to their present or future applications such as light emitting diodes, laser diodes, ultraviolet photodetectors and high temperature and high power electronic devices................
