Abstract: A natural polymer material extracted from okra, used to control the silver nanoparticle size in presence of photo light. The synthesized silver nano scale material were characterized by using UV-visible, FTIR, FE-SEM and X-ray diffraction techniques. The particle size of silver nano ~ 50 nm in the diameter. The developed silver nanoparticles employed in sanitizer to improve the antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
