Thin films Deposited by Spray Pyrolysis Technique
City University Bangladesh
Thin films were deposited onto glass substrate at temperatures of 200°C -300°C by a low-cost spray pyrolysis deposition (SPD) technique. Thin films are used in various applications in devices such as solar cells, sensors, antireflection coatings, thermal coatings, solid oxide fuel cells, and many others. The substrate temperature influences film roughness and crystallinity. Energy dispersive X-ray confirmed the presence of materials in the prepared films.
