The poster reports the synthesis of mn doped Cadmium Sulphite nanoparticles. Various methods can be applied for doping
of Cds: Mn nanoparticles. Wet chemical precipitation synthesis was found most suitable. The choice of source metal and host material is
very important, which decides the compatibility of surface atoms with different external atoms. XRD study revealed wurtzite structure. The UV- Vis study verified the nanometer regime and showed the possibility of optical emission in the visible region. The magnetic and electrical properties have been discussed.
