      you could try to apply to IITs, and also Amity university. It might be difficult if you are doing your bachelor program, unless you have enough background courses taken during your studies.

     University Of Rajasthan offering B.Tech/M.Tech integrated course in Nanotechnology and Nanomaterial.

    This is A+ University

      If you are talking about the NAAC grading, then this A+ isn't valid anymore. This means that the university hasn't applied for a reevaluation after the expiry of the 5 year validity of the grade.
