Neo Eco Systems & Software Ltd. Pvt. was founded in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, in 2007. Present temp of nanopowders’ development enjoin us on cooperation with laboratories, universities, researching centers not only in India.

The technology of wire electrical explosion is universal since the same equipment can be used to produce wide range of various NSP. WEI in inert gases can be used to produce NSP of metals, alloys and intermetallides. The use of gas mixtures of argon with oxygen, nitrogen or other chemically active gases allows to form particles containing oxides, nitrides and composite materials: metal-oxide, metal-nitride, metal-carbide etc.
Powders received as a result of the proposed technology:
• Possess heightened chemical activity on reaching cut-off temperatures;
• sinter in the regime of self-spreading process at extremely low temperatures;
• easily form inter metal compounds;
• have lowered activity of electrons output.

Particles form spherical or with slightly expressed cutting
Size of particles, nm: 10-500
Sizeof structural fragments, nm: 3-50
Surface area, m2/gr: 2-50
Dispersion of particles by size: normal-logarithm
Technological process allows to influence structural parameters of particles: inter atom distance, static and dynamic shifting of atoms from the position of weights disparity, stabilization of new phases and modifications, etc…
